What Makes HIFU Different?
The Doublo Gold HIFU is the most sophisticated technology available for this type of treatment unlike other available facial rejuvenation treatments as it uses thermal energy in the form of multiple micro-focused beams to stimulate collagen. This helps to contract and tighten the skin as well as being able to penetrate to deeper depths under the skin even down to the superficial muscular layer. The superficial muscular layer is the layer which is tightened during traditional facelift surgery. It can cause some initial redness and some slight swelling, which usually only last a few hours post treatment in most cases.

Are there any side effects?
Some patients may experience some slight swelling as well as tingling which settles within a few days. Tenderness to the treatment area is common and usually resolves in a few days.
