Can finance be used to fund any treatment?
 
Yes. Finance through Carefree Credit can be used for treatments costing £1,000 up to a maximum of £6,000.
For smaller treatments, we also offer Klarna, which allows you to spread payments over shorter instalments.

What payment options are available?

We offer two ways to spread the cost:

Will I be required to pay a deposit towards payment if using finance?
 
For Carefree Credit, we recommend paying a small deposit of 10–20% of the total treatment cost, depending on the size of the loan and finance terms.

For Klarna, deposits are not typically required, as payments are split into instalments depending on the Klarna option selected.
 
How much will the repayment be?
 
With Carefree Credit, Skin Excellence offers 0% finance, so the monthly cost is simply the amount borrowed divided by the number of months.

For example:
If you borrow £1,000 over 12 months:
£1,000 ÷ 12 = £83.33 per month
However, we do recommend paying a small deposit to reduce your monthly payments.

With Klarna, payments are automatically split according to the plan you choose (for example, 3 interest-free instalments).
 
Do I need to pay a deposit?
 
We would recommend paying a deposit of either 10% or 20% of the total amount of loan required.  Please see below some examples based on borrowing £1000.
 
Loan £1000 over 12 months
Deposit of 10% = £100 one off payment, payable in advance of treatment
Remaining £900 to be borrowed on 0% finance – Monthly cost £900 ÷12 = £75 for 12 months
 
Patient borrows £1000 over 12 months
Deposit of 20% = £200 one off payment, payable in advance of treatment
Remaining £800 to be borrowed on 0% finance – Monthly cost £800 ÷12 = £66.66 for 12 months.

Klarna does not normally require a deposit.
 
How do I apply for a loan?
 
For Carefree Credit, you will need to complete a short online application form.

Please contact a member of our team who will take some initial details. You will then be sent a secure link to complete your application, which takes less than 5 minutes, with an instant decision.

For Klarna, simply select Klarna at checkout when paying for your treatment or product.
 
I have had problems with my credit score, will this affect my loan?
 
You can still apply for finance with Carefree Credit, even if you have had previous credit issues. However, the lender’s decision is final.
Klarna may also carry out eligibility checks depending on the payment option selected.
 
Who will my loan be provided by?
 
Longer-term finance is provided by Carefree Credit, who will process your application. They are an ethically minded company that offers a quick and simple way to spread the cost of treatment with affordable monthly payments.

Klarna is a global payment provider offering flexible instalment options for smaller purchases.
